NVIDIA:

  5. Confirm the changes with Apply.

AMD:

  1. Right click your desktop, and select Catalyst Control Center.
  2. From the Power drop-down menu, select Switchable Graphics.
  3. Select SkyrimLauncher.exe and TESV.exe in the list, or click Browse and navigate to the appropriate directory (usually C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamappsCommonSkyrim) and click on High Performance to pick the specific card.
